Return/Refund Policy:
If you’re looking to return any item please get in touch so we can sort this for you. We want to make the process as stress free as possible!
Items cannot be returned if it does not fit as sizes and exact measurements are provided.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund or exchange the item for another one, be it similar or not. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and be in the original packaging. All we ask is that you make sure your order number and whether you want a refund/exchange is noted on the returns slip.
We do not accept returns if your items do not fit as sizes are listed with exact measurements.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the return postage. If you’d like to return your item for an exchange we’ll send the exchanged item to the original delivery address free of charge.
Please ask for proof of postage and keep this safe as we may need to see it later on.
It usually takes 7 working days to process your exchange/refund. We’ll send you an email once it’s completed. Any refund will automatically be refunded via the same method which you used to place to original order. This typically takes 5 working days however this is dependant on your bank.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
